But I'm trying to find that long video subbed about Shenmue that Yu says that the development of the game started from the music composition. I lost the link long ago

I think your best bet at finding something historical like that is by asking at Shenmue Dojo. I know for certain they have some written quotes from it, which may be enough to help with your article. Good luck!
