Attitude towards Sega

Okay, so there's no doubt in my mind that Sega treat their fans badly. That incident where they had a PowerPoint slide mocking fans for their common questions was a disgrace and, had I been there, I think I would have walked out.

Having said that, I'm sure they're not all bad. My experience working in a few places has taught me that there's always good guys and bad guys in any company. And, I suppose you can't blame them entirely for wanting to be cautious about Shenmue from a financial point of view.

Now, I'm as annoyed at their reluctance to help the Shenmue cause as much as any Shenmue fan but I wonder if sometimes the negative attitude, tweets, memes etc are counter productive? After all, we still need them. There's a saying in Egypt that translates as "If the dog has something you need, call him sir"

What do you guys think?

I couldn't agree more. As fans it's our job to show Sega that we love them and the Shenmue IP and that we'll stay dedicated to them through thick and thin... hopefully by doing that they'll listen to us.
